If, after contacting us you don’t feel satisfied in the way we have resolved your complaint, you may want to:

Due to high contact volumes, our Social Media team on Twitter and Facebook aim to reply to messages and tweets within 4 hours between 9am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
For email enquiries, we will get back to you with a (human) response as soon as possible. During business hours (Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm) that’s usually on the same day. Evenings and weekends may take us a little bit longer.
